Amy’s approach to healing empowers her patients to live with vitality, by integrating the best wellness and medical practices.
In 2010, Amy began studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. Beyond the curriculum she is trained in:

Amy began her journey in holistic health as a personal trainer, mentored by a black belt martial artist. The approach required her to physically complete every training program she would teach clients. During that time, a neck injury that didn’t respond to pharmaceuticals, Amy turned to acupuncture. It resolved the neck pain and more. Traveling to Yunnan China in 2013, Amy completed an externship with nationally renowned Dr. Shui. The externship focused on herbal medicine for women’s health and acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis.
In 2018, Amy earned a certification in Philanthropic Leadership and created a volunteer role for acupuncturists at Shepherds Hope, a medical care facility for the underinsured, where she volunteers weekly. She was one of the few American physicians invited to attend a Physiological Regulating Medicine program in Milan, Italy.
Beyond her medical practice Amy is a coach certified by USA field hockey. She is a former field hockey NCAA champion and still competes nationally.
